These terms are intended to define the rights and obligations of the party in the sale of part of health products and training offered by the NGO Africa-Bio-Santé (SBA) or Africtisane. They will prevail over any other general or special conditions not specifically approved by the seller. The NGO give you  the right to modify its terms of sale at any time without notice: the conditions will be for those in effect on the date of the order by the buyer via our website. By validating you order, or purchasing a product ASB, Customer agrees tacitly and without reserve our Terms and Conditions. Everything will be fine. If you are in doubt, please contact us. We have nothing to hide and you can trust us.

4-The transport of your package

Deliveries are made to the complete address with a phone number provided by the customer.

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment. The shipping method depends on the willingness of each client. Three or four possibilities for each client according to his town:

-Withdrawal the store without postage.

-Sending by mail to 30 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Reception in about 14 days

-Sending by EMS to 80 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Reception 7 days.

Shipping by DHL to 130 euros for a weight between 10 and 500g. Reception in 4 days

Sending by road to 5000 CFA francs for the neighboring countries of Benin. Reception 48 hours

Shipping charges include health inspection fees and shipping. Indeed, all shipped products are subject to serious health inspection before shipment.

5-Entry into Force and Duration

These terms take effect upon confirmation of the order by the consumer or when purchasing an ASB produced by the latter. They are concluded for the time necessary for the provision of goods and services, until the expiry of the guarantees due by the NGO. The consumer has the duty to read and understand the instructions of the purchased product before use.

6-Information Products

-ASB present on its sites (www.africbio.com; www.africtisane.net; www.asbformation) health natural products for sale with the characteristics required to comply with Article L. 111-1 of the Consumer Code, which provides for the possibility for the potential consumer to know the essential features before ordering products they wants to buy. Everything is explained and we have nothing to hide. Some products are associated with specific training, but you are not obliged to adhere where subscribe to these courses because each product is accompanied by the necessary instructions for its use, images and videos in some cases. Training programs are independent of purchased products. The NGO has the right to include certain customers.

-Our first concern is to provide cheap, effective and accessible product to all. But obtaining organic plants, harvested and kept in good condition is not easy and the plants we use come from different backgrounds (Mali, RCI, Benin, Niger, Burkina Faso, Central Africa, etc.). With deforestation and the development of cities we have to move further and further to find medicinal plants. You can not have any plants at the market or in herbal stores and there are a lot of leaves, bark or roots to be identified or even look either. Some common plants are certainly within reach, but the plant in the wild is always the best choice. Some precious plants (leaves, barks and roots) sometimes require long trip and a large workforce involving a high cost price. In addition, to consider other expenses (composition, combinations, instructions, side effects, processing, packaging, etc.). 7- Price

Prices are quoted in euros and are only valid at the date of the order by the consumer. Where VAT is applicable, the prices include the VAT rate applicable on the date of the order. Shipping charges are naturally the responsibility of the buyer who must be considered in the order.

The NGO reserves the right to change prices at any time: the goods and services are billed based on rates in effect at the time of confirmation of the order subject to availability.

The price is payable to the order by western union, money gram, paypal or other secure money transfer mode.
