In dietetics, opinions differ greatly on the concept of food concordances. There are no hard and fast rules and everyone should be careful before, during, and after each meal. In moderate young people, the problem does not arise too much because of their good digestive power, but from a certain age (40 years), humans must be very careful. The general opinion is that the combination of flour and acidic foods is unfavorable, i.e. bread or rice and orange, potato or rice and lemon, bread and curd, etc. should be avoided at the table. No orange or lemon after a meal, but 30 to 45 minutes before meals or away from meals. It is best to separate acids and carbohydrates. Indeed, the excess of fresh fruit taken during a meal containing flour or nitrogen is harmful because of the risks of acidity, fermentation, gas, and indigestion especially in subjects with difficult digestion. In normal digestions, 30g to 50g of fresh fruit are tolerable at the start of a meal. But you don't take any risk if your fruit is taken 30 to 45 minutes before meals. Raw vegetables should be eaten at the start of meals because the appeal of digestive juices is favorably influenced. Eat at regular times and avoid snacking. Either way, every discomfort after a meal should call out to us.
Advice.
- Eat well in the morning if the weather allows it or in the morning because it is in the morning that we do the maximum hours (5 to 7 hours) of the day's work. The body, therefore, needs the energy to function well and to prevent fatigue and a drop in blood pressure.
- Eat enough at noon and take light in the evening (the body works a lot during the day and must rest in the evening)

- Never eat dinner late at night, the stomach does not work properly after 11 p.m.

--After the evening meal, a good way recommends a 5 to 10-minute walk to facilitate digestion.
- Take a fruit of the same species and do not overuse fruit salads.
Example: I eat oranges today and mangoes tomorrow, not mangoes and oranges on the same day or at the same time.
NB: Fresh fruits (orange, lemon, grapefruit, melon, mango, etc.) are taken 30 to 45 minutes before meals, in the mornings, or away from meals but never after meals because of the risk of gas, fermentation, bloating, acidity, indigestion, etc.
--Take raw vegetables (fruit and vegetables) every day. But prefer fresh fruit in the morning on an empty stomach or 30 minutes before meals and vegetables before meals.
- Avoid taking meat and milk, meat and oleaginous fruit, meat, and porridge made from milk and flour at the same meal because milk and fatty fruits then considerably slow down digestion.
- Moderate your consumption of bushmeat, otherwise drip.
--Avoid water that is too ice-cold with meals. A simple glass of water is enough or a glass of good quality red wine.
--After the meal, a small cup of simple tea or green tea, or hot herbal tea is good for the body. No ice cream after meals Take it away from meals and refrain from it if you are obese.
--Tea is ageless and everyone should use it every day. Avoid coffee for children.
--Drink up to 2 liters of water per day, away from meals.
- Never mix coffee and milk or sugar and sweetened condensed milk. It's not good, it's indigestible. In fact, simple coffee is digested in barely 45 minutes, while coffee with milk can take hours, and sweetened condensed milk already contains sugar.
- During a trip, there are certain foods that should be avoided such as foods of unknown origin (yogurts, lollipops, and braised meat) which are very often poorly preserved. be of questionable origin, without taking into account the packaging conditions. In addition, milk and meat are quickly infected and some malicious people sweeten yogurt and lollipops with formalin.
- Suck on 4 tablespoons of honey and wait 1 hour before exercising.
--After sports, let the sweat dry before washing.
- Follow a detoxification treatment (detox diet or depurative herbal tea or fasting) at least once a quarter.
