know one's theoretical weight
Know your ideal weight
The ideal weight doesn't exist in the absolute. The most important is to be at ease in your skin, but there is a limit. A person's weight varies according to his heredity, constitution, base morphology, age, sex, lifestyle, mental state, physical state, etc.... Two formula allow having some orientation:
-Lorentz formula. Take only into account the cut of the person
-For Man : weight en kg=cut in cm -100-[( cut in cm-150)/4].
-For woman: weight in kg =in cm-100-[(cut in cm-150)/2,5].
- Creff formula takes into account the morphology, the cut, and age.
-For a person of normal morphology: weight =cut in cm -100+ ( years in age) x 0,09
-For a person of slender morphology: cut in cm – 100 + ( years in age ) x 0,099
Note: There is no perfect formula and you can do the sum of the two. Anyway, your real weight must be the fork for more or less than 5 % of the theoretical ideal weight if not you are thin or obese.
